The Field Service Manager manages the installation and field service technicians who perform on-site services including installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of wash system components as well as system commissioning. Oversees the resource planning and development of all field personnel. Develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate timely service and support of InterClean customers. Additionally, the Field Service Manager ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing engineering, operations, and other departments as needed. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from the field that require coordination with other departments. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the service portion of the InterClean business. Position will require field based and office-based work.
